Common Impact (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.capacitycommons.org website (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data (i.e. information that directly or identifies an individual) when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. For European data protection purposes, Common Impact is also the data controller (i.e. the company who is responsible for and controls the processing of, your personal data). User-Provided Data

Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Third-Party Services
The Service may contain features or links to web sites and services provided by third parties. Any information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the Service.
